Attend Super Sunday at a participating estate between 12pm and 2pm on Sunday, 13 September 2026, and register your details with an Allam sales consultant to be eligible for this exclusive offer.
The offer is available on the following eligible new home lots only:
Sophia Waters: Lots 204, 209, 301, 302, 303, 325, 326, 327 and 328.
McKenzie: Lots 101, 105, 110, 119, 231, 232, 233, 234, 236, 237, 238 and 239.
Eligible purchasers will receive the applicable Allam Stamp Duty Paid promotion, plus an additional $20,000 home buyers discount.
The Stamp Duty Paid promotion is subject to the terms and conditions of Allam's existing Stamp Duty Paid promotion, including its eligibility requirements. This Super Sunday offer is available only on the eligible lots listed above.
A reservation fee must be paid by 5pm Monday, 28 September 2026 to qualify for the offer.
The contract must be exchanged within 14 days of the date the reservation fee is paid.
The applicable Stamp Duty Paid benefit and $20,000 home buyers discount will be applied as a discount at the time of reservation.
The offer is subject to availability and Allam's standard sales and contract terms.
