Kalina is one of our most treasured estates located in the North West Sydney suburb of The Ponds, adjacent to the Rouse Hill growth corridor. It was originally developed as a co-venture between the Allam Group and Landcom (Urban Growth NSW).

Kalina comprised 530 lots, home & land packages, and a selection of medium density garden homes. Facilities include varied neighbourhood parks, lakes, walkways, cycle ways, sporting fields, modern community shopping centre and new schools.

The Ponds has easy access to Windsor Road and T-Way services, the M7 and M2 and the Metro North West Cudgegong Road Station. Kalina is convenient to the Norwest Business Park, Sydney Business Park at Marsden Park.

In February 2020 our last home in Kalina completed construction and settled.
