We’re proud to announce an exciting milestone for Allam, with the final home at Madison Rise, Woongarrah now sold.

Development began in 2019, and over the past seven years Madison Rise has transformed into an established neighbourhood of 177 homes on the NSW Central Coast.

Featuring a mix of single and double-storey designs, the development offered 3, 4 and 5-bedroom Ready-Built homes designed for a variety of lifestyles and stages of life.

From development to neighbourhood

Watching Madison Rise take shape has been an incredibly rewarding journey.

From the first stages of development and new homes taking shape, to welcoming residents and seeing the neighbourhood come to life, each milestone has contributed to what Madison Rise is today.

With the final home now sold, we can look back proudly on everything that has been achieved since work began seven years ago.
