So how does the EasyBuy process work?

Whether you’re planning to purchase a home or just land, the first step is to get in touch with one of our sales consultants, who will help you determine which house or land package is right for you. During the consultation stage, you can visit our display homes to find a home design that suits your budget and needs. Our experienced sales consultant’s will explain all the details of the purchasing process in order to ensure that you understand everything before making any commitments.

Once you’ve chosen your home design, it’s time to choose a home from a selection of completed, in progress, or ‘fresh from the drawing board’ homes. This means you have the option to move into your new home as soon as possible. Alternatively, if you need more time to secure funds for your purchase, you can choose a home that’s still in progress or hasn’t started construction yet. In the meantime, you simply have to pay $1,000 to reserve your property and take this off the market.

After your home is reserved, you will then have 14 days to review and finalise your fixed-price single contract for your property with your conveyancer. Then simply pay the remainder of your deposit (minus your reservation fee) and the excitement begins!

Throughout the building journey, Allam works with our trusted suppliers and contractors to raise standards in quality while keeping costs low. The EasyBuy process also means that there are no progress payments, or hidden costs such as interest payments, during construction. This means that with Allam, beyond your deposit you can save your hard-earned money while we get to work in making your dream home a reality.

When your home is complete, your building supervisor will be in touch to proudly conduct the final inspection with you, to walk you through your new home.

At this stage, the final settlement is paid and you get the keys to your eagerly expected house. If you’ve purchased land instead, we’ll get in touch once the land is titled and you will have to pay the rest of the purchase price.
