Introducing Monterey’s newest Sales Consultant – Lisa!

Allam Lifestyle Communities warmly welcomes Lisa Ansell as Monterey’s new Sales Consultant, working with buyers who are looking to find their forever home. Nestled in the heart of Camden Haven region, Monterey offers a picturesque and peaceful environment where over 55-residents can enjoy a relaxed and maintenance-free lifestyle.

With over 6 years of industry knowledge, Lisa joins Allam Lifestyle Communities at Monterey leading the sales and customer engagement for the estate, greeting new buyers and showcasing the exceptional homes and facilities that Monterey has to offer.

“My day consists of taking potential future residents through our display homes, explaining the simple process of buying an Allam home as well as discussing their design preferences. I love taking people through the available properties and the clubhouse. Allam constantly impresses buyers, and even myself, with the brilliant builds and designs on offer,” shares Lisa.

Coming from previous home sales roles, she enjoys both interior and building design, recently putting that passion into practice working on completing several properties, making her role at Monterey the perfect fit.

“My favourite part about this new role is helping people find their next home and assisting in making their dream become a reality. Most of the buyers are here to stay, so I am passionate about finding the perfect fit for our new residents!”

Aside from her passion for the property sector, Lisa is a photographer by trade, having owned her own professional photography business for over 20 years. In addition to this, Lisa enjoys investing and trading, spending the last couple of years building her knowledge of the crypto market and digital currency insights – she’s a real all-rounder!

Growing up in the Port Macquarie region, Lisa is very at home in the Mid-North Coast area. After leaving Port Macquarie, Lisa has moved to a variety of places, including interstate. However, she has now found her way back to NSW Coast, where she joins the Monterey community.
