Our Sophia Waters estate in Chisholm, continues to expand following Construction Certificate approval from Maitland City Council.
The Construction Certificate will allow for earth works to commence on the next phase of the Sophia Waters estate, developing additional all-inclusive ready built homes, as well as a range of land only allotments.
The Sophia Waters estate comprises nearly 100 hectares in the picturesque Hunter region, delivering approximately 900 properties, the majority represented by completed turnkey homes with a smaller proportion allocated as vacant land.
