Green light for the next stage of construction at Sophia Waters

Our Sophia Waters estate in Chisholm, continues to expand following Construction Certificate approval from Maitland City Council.

The Construction Certificate will allow for earth works to commence on the next phase of the Sophia Waters estate, developing additional all-inclusive ready built homes, as well as a range of land only allotments.

The Sophia Waters estate comprises nearly 100 hectares in the picturesque Hunter region, delivering approximately 900 properties, the majority represented by completed turnkey homes with a smaller proportion allocated as vacant land. This recent approval expands upon the already completed and established stages of the masterplanned community, all guided by Allam Property Group’s commitment to offering quality and affordable housing to local communities.

Home buyers will have the opportunity to choose from a variety of options, from three to five bedrooms, two bathrooms, multiple living areas and double or triple garages. These new turnkey homes will range in sizes from 228m2 to 387m2 with prices starting from $929,000 to $1,379,000 and land lots ranging from 450m2 to 900m2 priced from $399,000 to $563,000 respectively.
