Civil Works Complete at Silverdale

We’re excited to announce that bulk civil works across the Mirragan and Nakuru project, Stages 1 to 9 at Silverdale, are now complete.

This milestone marks a journey that began in 2018. Over the past eight years, the project has delivered approximately 450 residential lots, helping to shape a thriving new community in Silverdale.

Once home to the former African Lion Safari Park, the site has been transformed into a welcoming residential neighbourhood designed for modern living. Careful planning and staged delivery have ensured the area has evolved into a place where families can put down roots and truly feel at home.

A project of this scale would not have been possible without the expertise and commitment of our key project partners, ADW Johnson, which played an integral role, providing town planning, project management, civil and structural engineering, surveying, and contract administration services throughout the development.

While bulk civil works are now complete, a small number of ancillary works will continue across the project to further enhance the community. These include:

• Completion of the park area adjoining Lot 1001, including shelters and a pedestrian pathway
• A new cycleway connection near the Boardwalk
• Landscaping works along the Water NSW boundary
• Street tree planting across Stages 4 to 8

These works will add further amenity and long-term functionality to the neighbourhood as the final stages of the community are delivered.

As we reach the final stages of the project, attention now turns to the delivery of the remaining 91 homes across Stages 7 and 8. We’re excited to see the community come together as these final homes are built and Silverdale continues to grow.
