The latest HIA Top 100 Builders report has been released, and Allam is proud to once again be recognised as one of the leading home builders in both New South Wales and across Australia.
This year’s results highlight:
13th in NSW – ranking as the state’s largest spec housing builder. Some higher positions in NSW are held by larger spec apartment builders such as Coronation, Meriton and Mirvac.
55th nationally – with our first starts in Victoria now officially recorded. From the data, it also appears we are the largest spec home builder in Australia.
This is an outstanding achievement and a reflection of the dedication of our entire team, the confidence of our customers, and the strength of our proven business model.
As we continue to expand into new markets, including Victoria, we look forward to building on this success and helping even more Australians into quality, turnkey homes.
