Allam Property Group breaks ground at new premium estate McKenzie in Vineyard

The first sod was turned at Allam Group’s McKenzie Vineyard development site on the 29th September, with construction partner Devcon leading the civil works. The $371 million project will deliver 289 new homes to the Vineyard region, providing an economic injection and much-needed housing supply.

The first homes will be complete by early 2025, with the entire precinct set to be finalised in 2028.
