Once you've selected your ideal home, place a $1000 refundable reservation fee to hold the home while you become Coposit Qualified. Coposit will help you understand your weekly payment capability and future mortgage capacity. Once qualified you can then secure your new Allam Home with a minimum deposit of at least $10,000.

3. Own while you save

During the construction phase, you can easily manage your weekly payments through the Coposit app and slowly accumulate the full deposit.

4. Collect your Keys

As your home nears completion, so does your deposit, culminating in a smooth transition to settlement. When your home is ready, it is time to arrange your mortgage and make the exciting move into your new home.
