The Independent Construction Industry Rating Tool (iCIRT) is an Australian-first initiative supported by the NSW Government and delivered by global data and analytics leader Equifax. iCIRT rates builders and developers across a wide range of factors – including experience, financial strength, past project delivery, and customer trust. The result? A star-rating system that helps buyers make informed choices and identify reputable builders in an increasingly complex market.
