Turnkey Homes under $950,000. Get the $15K HomeBuilder Grant*
Do you qualify for the Australian Government HomeBuilder Grant?
The HomeBuilder Grant is now extended until 31 March 2021. Contracts signed between 1 January 2021 and 31 March 2021 will be given a $15,000 grant and the property price cap will be increased to $950,000 in New South Wales.
The HomeBuilder Grant provides eligible owner-occupiers (including first home buyers) with a grant to build a new home, substantially renovate an existing home or buy an off the plan home/new home.
Allam New Ready Built Homes fall under the off the plan home/new home category.
From January 1st Allam will have more Turnkey Homes suitable for the extension of the HomeBuilder grant. These homes will be available is estates across Greater Sydney, Illawarra, Central Coast and Hunter Valley.

The $25,000 HomeBuilder Grant applies to Contracts signed between 4 June and 31 December 2020 where the Property value does not exceed $750,000 in NSW.
The $15,000 HomeBuilder Grant applies to Contracts signed between 1 January and 31 March 2021 where the Property value does not exceed $950,000 in NSW.
