Barney is passionate about creating functional, sustainable communities: he founded Allam in 1991 after a successful career in real estate sales. Historically, the business has operated as a project home builder, rising from a modest start to becoming one of NSW’s leading builders over the past few years. Allam has shifted the direction of its business activities from project home building towards project development on the back of a large land portfolio. Barney is ultimately responsible for the strategic direction of the Group.
